15 years experience as a qualified driving instructor. 5 years experience in Disability Employment Services as an employment consultant, then manager.
10 years experience as a Business Development Consultant, building contacts with employers to reverse market and carve roles and place participants into employment.
Prior to this, Michael was a qualified mechanic, and has many years experience in the transport and logistics field.
Robyn has 7 years experience in Employment Services, with 6.5 being in Disability Employment Services, as an employment consult and as assistant manager.
3.5 years of NDIS Employment Supports and mentoring experience. Robyn has previous Support Coordination experience.
Robyn has 3 years experience of Business Development, building contacts with employers to reverse market and carve roles and place participants into employment.
Prior to moving into DES and NDIS supports, Robyn worked for many years in customer service, many years in hospitality and retail.
