Michael
Robyn
Kimberley
Over 15 years experience as a qualified driving instructor. Many years experience in Disability Employment Services as an employment consultant, then site manager.
10 years experience as a Business Development Consultant, building contacts with employers to reverse market and carve roles and place participants into employment.
Prior to this, Michael was a qualified mechanic, and has many years experience in the transport and logistics field.
Robyn has many years experience in Employment Services, with 6.5 being in Disability Employment Services, as an employment consult and as assistant manager.
5 years of NDIS Employment Supports and mentoring experience. Robyn has previous Support Coordination experience.
Robyn has 3 years experience of Business Development, building contacts with employers to reverse market and carve roles and place participants into employment.
Prior to moving into DES and NDIS supports, Robyn worked for many years in customer service, in hospitality and retail.
Kimberley has many years experience in Disability Employment Services and School Leaver Employment Supports.
She builds a great rapport with all her participants and their care teams. She is passionate about gaining trust from participants and working with their strengths and interests to reverse market them into employment.
Kimberley also mentors participants to get out and about in their local community.
Prior to employment and NDIS services, Kimberley worked in administration.
